If Group Flights are full
When choosing your HSR package, the Nusuk will ask you to select custom flights.

You will be offered to choose flights suitable for your package dates so do not worry about dates.

When you choose a flight, it will be hold for 5 minutes.

Important: If you get error regarding flight, Please go back and keep choosing other flights or different city if you want to increase chances to success.

If you are unsuccessfull
You will have other oportunuties to buy you packages on different dates

If you prefer, you can come to our office with your laptop preferred or smartphone and try to purchase package where our team can help you one to one.

eWallet Balance
If Group flights are full and you need to pickup custom flights.
We strongly recommend adding extra money to your ewallet before the time of sale. You can get refund of remaining balance later on
Some users are not able to packages at last step because of price increases in basket due to custom flights fee differences and your ewallet might not have enough amount to complete purchase.
