Uzbekistan Cultural Tour

Day 1: Istanbul – Urgench – Khiva

We meet at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal. After completing passport and baggage procedures, we depart for Uzbekistan with Turkish Airlines.

Upon arrival in Urgench, we are welcomed by our local team and transfer by private coach to the ancient Silk Road city of Khiva, one of the best-preserved historical cities in Central Asia.

After hotel check-in and a short rest, we begin discovering the magical atmosphere of Khiva, a city that feels like an open-air museum.

Khiva Old City (Itchan Kala)

Surrounded by massive mudbrick walls, Itchan Kala is a UNESCO World Heritage Site filled with madrasahs, minarets, palaces, caravanserais, and mosques dating back centuries.

Day 2: Khiva – Bukhara

After breakfast, we depart towards the legendary city of Bukhara, one of the greatest centres of Islamic civilisation and scholarship in Central Asia.

Throughout the journey, we witness the vast landscapes of Uzbekistan, ancient caravan routes, and traces of the Silk Road that once connected East and West.

Upon arrival in Bukhara, we check into our hotel before beginning our evening exploration.

Evening Walk in Old Bukhara

Bukhara’s old city is filled with centuries-old Islamic architecture, turquoise domes, and peaceful courtyards.

We visit:

• Nadir Divan Begi Madrasah

• Historic trading domes

• Traditional handicraft workshops

The atmosphere of Bukhara at night offers a unique glimpse into the golden age of the Silk Road.

Day 3: Bukhara

Today we dedicate the entire day to exploring the spiritual and historical treasures of Bukhara.

Bukhara was one of the most important centres of Islamic knowledge for centuries and hosted many scholars, merchants, and travellers from across the Muslim world.

We also enjoy free time in the old bazaars for shopping traditional Uzbek crafts, silk products, spices, ceramics, and souvenirs.

Day 4: Bukhara – Samarkand

After breakfast, we travel to the magnificent city of Samarkand using the famous Afrasiyob High-Speed Train.

Samarkand is one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world and was once the glittering capital of the Timurid Empire.

Day 5: Samarkand

Today we continue exploring Samarkand and its surrounding historical treasures.

We also enjoy free time for photography, shopping, and experiencing Uzbek local culture.

Day 6: Samarkand – Tashkent

After breakfast, we travel to the capital city of Tashkent by Afrasiyob High-Speed Train.
